Return Policy Statement

Customers may return defective products at no cost, the return of unopened or unused products will be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, you may return your products to the store or send them to the address listed above. All Returns are final and must be returned within 15 days. In the event that one of our customer service reps suggested an incorrect product we will accept the return with no
restocking fee.

Shipping Policy Statement

All Shipping Cost are clearly stated with each product. East County hot rod has priced each product according to weight. We use UPS for our shipping.
